Support
- The Remedy Services and Development team provide documentation and user support for all Remedy applications. Support for or questions about Remedy can be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or using the Remedy Questions email link on the left side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
- Remedy documentation can be found at help.unc.edu by searching for the keyword Remedy.
Remedy Training
- Remedy training is available through LearnIT when classes are posted. Remedy Training can also be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or using the Remedy Questions email link on the left side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
