The Request for Service is the problem tracking system used by the majority of helpdesks at UNC Chapel Hill. It is developed and maintained in-house by the ITS-Remedy Services and Development group.

RFS Training
Remedy training is available through LearnIT when classes are posted. Remedy Training can also be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or clicking on the Remedy Questions email link on the right side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
