Group Data Administrator Tools (GDA)
Group Data Administrators are liasions between the Remedy group and Remedy Services. They maintain certain group specific data for the group as a whole and make data requests to Remedy Services.
Documentation
Remedy Services has created the UNC-Group Information application to allow Remedy groups the ability to manage and maintain group contact and group member information. If you are a GDA, the GI-Group Information shows up on the Remedy Homepage on the left side under Remedy Applications.
The Categorization tool was created during the Remedy Services push to provide Campus Wide Categorization values.The form helps groups maintain their Short Description mappings and Category, Topic Affected, and Item Affected (CTI) values. Documentation is forthcoming. If you are a GDA, the CT-Categorization Tool shows up on the Remedy Homepage on the left side under Remedy Applications.
Training
GDA training is available through LearnIT when classes are posted. Remedy Training can also be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or clicking on the Remedy Questions email link on the right side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
