Computer Repair Center (CRC)
The Computer Repair Center Repair Tracking System application (CRC) was developed for ITS-Computer Repair Center in order to better track hardware repairs related to CCI IBM/Lenovo Warranty machines and Safeware Insurance repairs. The CRC application works in conjunction with Request for Service and provides a parent/child ticket relationship between the two applications and also helps track loaners provided by the various helpdesks. Only specified helpdesk groups may submit tickets to the Computer Repair Center Repair Tracking System.

Training
CRC training is available through LearnIT when classes are posted. Remedy Training can also be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or clicking on the Remedy Questions email link on the right side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
