Change Plan (CP)

The Change Plan (CP) was developed to ensure all changes made by ITS are communicated, approved, scheduled and recorded, resulting in enhanced customer service.  The application is part of the ITS Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) initiative for Change Management.

CP training is available through LearnIT when classes are posted. There is a training video available here. Remedy Training can also be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or clicking on the Remedy Questions email link on the left side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
