Change Plan (CP)

The Change Plan (CP) was developed to ensure all changes made by ITS are communicated, approved, scheduled and recorded, resulting in enhanced customer service.  The application is part of the ITS Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) initiative for Change Management.

Remedy Change Plan Training can be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or clicking on the Remedy Questions email link on the left side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
