Remedy Web Access
Many of Remedy's applications such as Request for Service (RFS) and Project Tracking System (PTS) are available by web access through a MidTier web client for users without access to the Remedy Windows Client. The Remedy MobileRFS client is for Users who have use of browser enabled devices such as a Blackberry or other mobile devices. Also for non-Remedy users, the Request for Service (RFS) is available through the Online Help Request to submit problem tickets to service groups who work within Remedy.
