PTS Customer

PTS Customer was designed as a customer interface for the Project Tracking System so that various groups accross campus could submit projects to Remedy groups using PTS to track these projects. The customer can also interact with the project and update it in various ways without having to run the full PTS application. This document serves to instruct customers in submitting new project requests as well as updating existing projects or providing Customer Approval for completed projects.

Training

PTS Training

PTS Customer training is available through LearnIT when classes are posted. Remedy Training can also be requested by sending a Remedy ticket to REMEDY-ADMIN or clicking on the Remedy Questions email link on the right side of this page which will generate a RFS ticket.
