Our Services to You!

  • When you request on-site support, an RCC will contact you via the phone number and email address as it is listed in the UNC Campus Directory.
    We realize that if you are unable to access the Internet, it may be difficult to check email. Please use the computers in the labs or the public kiosks in the Student Union or Libraries to check your email.
  • Note that ResNET provides on-site support for students living on-campus only. ResNET services are not available to students who live off-campus, including Granville and Greek Houses. Any student can get support by calling (919) 962-HELP or visiting the ITS Response Center.
