Check IT service alerts online
If you've lost access to a campus service, don't take it personally! One way to check on service outages is by visiting the ITS home page and viewing the Alerts box on the right. The latest information about campus service disruptions will feed to the Alerts box, giving you access to information about the services you need. And if there is an outage, rest assured that ITS staff are working as hard as they can to restore the service quickly. If you're still not sure, call 962-HELP/1-866-962-4457 or visit help.unc.edu to learn more about the outage or to see if it's an issue with your personal settings.
