A vacation from school or work doesn't mean a vacation from tech support. Whether you're here in Chapel Hill or traveling abroad, follow the tips below for IT support if computer problems threaten your peace of mind. Near or far, you can count on ITS to answer your question 24x7.
If you see an unusual car or scooter on the sidewalks or streets of campus, take a second look. You might be viewing an ITS employee racing to help faculty or staff in need of IT support, using an environmentally friendly vehicle.
If you’ve lost access to a campus service, don’t take it personally! One way to check on service outages is by visiting the ITS home page and viewing the Alerts box on the right. The latest information about campus service disruptions will feed to the Alerts box, giving you access to information about the services you need. And if there is an outage, rest assured that ITS staff are working as hard as they can to restore the service quickly.
