Enterprise Systems Automation Services
Enterprise Systems Automation Services operates and maintains the IBM mainframe and associated mainframe peripherals. This includes magnetic tape and disc storage devices, high speed laser printers and front end communication equipment.
This group is responsible for all Work Load Automation, which includes the scheduling of production jobs for the mainframe and open systems including internal and external FTPs.
Enterprise Systems Automation Services also prepares administrative reports, pamphlets, printed forms and checks for mailing or distribution.
UNC Exam Scanning, UNC Course Evaluation, Contract Tracking System, Business Continuity and Mainframe Systems Administration are all areas within Enterprise Systems Automation Services.
Enterprise Systems Automation Services is managed by the Director Ray DeCristofaro and Associate Director Jim Etheridge.
