To report computer security problems at UNC-Chapel Hill:

  • Call the ITS Response Center (main computer help desk for UNC-Chapel Hill) at 919-962-HELP (919-962-4357). They are available for assistance 24 hours a day, seven days a week. If your issue is critical, let the Response Center know and ask them to send a Critical ticket to ITS Security.
