Living in an "information age" brings exciting developments in the acquisition and sharing of knowledge as well as a transformation of the job market into one that, for the vast majority, requires computer skills.  How is the challenge of developing 21st Century literacies being met at UNC-Chapel Hill?  How is the challenge being defined and integrated into the academic experience?

Join the conversation on “Developing 21st Century Literacies” at the next ELI 2009 Challenges discussion which takes place on Thursday, July 2 at 3:30 p.m. in Toy Lounge, Dey Hall.

Registration is free and available at http://LearnIT.unc.edu/workshops.

Future discussions include:

Engaging Today's Learner, July 16
