Residential Computing Services (ResNET)

What is ResNET?

ResNET is the Residential Networking, Education and Technology program at UNC-CH and is responsible for providing access to the Internet in every residence hall. ResNET provides on-site IT support, including Networking Setup/Troubleshooting, to on-campus residents.

The UNC ResNET program offers more to students than just networking services in their residence halls. Throughout the 12 months of the year, ResNET strives to bring increased services and quality to on-campus students.

More information about this service can be found on the ResNET website.
