What is Classroom Support?
ITS provides technical support for both general purpose classrooms and multimedia classrooms. On call support is available 7:30AM - 5PM Monday through Friday with limited support from 5PM - 10PM. A list of supported classrooms and the services offered is available here.
How do I use Classroom Support?
Rooms equipped with a red phone dial the Classroom Support Office directly. The office can also be reached at 962-6702 or by email at hotline@email.unc.edu. More information can be found on the classroom hotline website, located at hotline.unc.edu.
