What are Online Service Requests?
Students, faculty and staff can submit online requests for technical help by using the Online Service Request. Making an online service request creates a ticket in the system that will be resolved by UNC technical professionals.
How do I make an Online Service Request?
A request can be made by going to the Online Help Request form and following the instructions there.
