What is Remedy Request for Service?

Remedy Request for Service (RFS) is a problem-tracking system used by technical professionals across campus to manage support requests by customers. Students, faculty and staff with technical problems can submit tickets directly via the Web in order to have their problems resolved in a timely fashion.

How to Get Started

Students, faculty and staff that would like to submit a ticket for a technical problem should use the Online Help Request form.

Technical professionals who need to work with submitted tickets should first download and install the Remedy Client. Instructions for using the client can be found at help.unc.edu.
