Computer Repair (CRC)
What is the CRC?
The Computer Repair Center (CRC) is a Lenovo-authorized computer repair center, located on campus. The CRC provides students, faculty, and staff with warranty repairs of their CCI-purchased Lenovo model laptops and desktops. The Center also offers non-warranty repairs of HP black and white laser printers. When possible, faculty and staff computer repairs can be done on-site in your campus office.
How do I use the CRC?
The CRC is part of the IT Response Center (ITRC), located in the lower level of the R.B. House Undergraduate Library.
