Office Yoga Workshop

The ITS Employee Council will sponsor an Office Yoga workshop on Friday, Oct. 31 from 2 to 3 p.m. at ITS Franklin G101. Due to limited space, the class can accommodate just 30 people. To reserve your space, please e-mail Employee Council Chair Leslie Kreizman at kreizman@unc.edu. Participants can wear regular work clothing to the class, but pants and a loose-fitting top is recommended.

Led by Holly Tiemann of UNC Training and Development, the class is geared towards employees who would like to learn quick, five-minute yoga techniques that can be done in the work environment to de-stress, re-focus and refresh themselves during the work day.
