HR Applications

The Human Resource Services department develops and maintains several HR applications, including HRIS, ApplicantWeb, RecruitmentWeb, EPAWeb, BenefitsWeb, and Online Training Registration.

 

SPA HRIS System (InPower)

The InPower Human Resources Information System (HRIS) is an application that is used to process personnel actions for employees of the University who are subject to the provisions of the State Personnel Act (SPA).

 

ApplicantWeb (RAMS4)

The ApplicantWeb system is a web application used by job seekers to apply for SPA positions. Applicants may edit their profile, search for jobs, submit online applications, and track the status of those applications.

 

RecruitmentWeb

The RecruitmentWeb system is a web application for referring and tracking applications for SPA positions. It is used by HR Generalists as well as department managers and coordinators involved in the hiring process. This system has the following components.

HR RecruitmentWeb

The HR RecruitmentWeb component is a web application used by HR Generalists to refer applicants for SPA positions, and to approve department selections.

SPA RecruitmentWeb

The SPA RecruitmentWeb component is a web application used by school/department managers and coordinators to review applications and make selections for SPA positions.

 

EPAWeb

The EPAWeb project intends to provide a comprehensive system for gathering, managing, and reporting information about employees of the University who are exempt from the State Personnel Act (EPA). This system has the following components.

Personnel Action System

The EPAWeb Personnel Action component is a web application used to process personnel actions for EPA employees. This system encompasses personnel actions for all categories of EPA employees including faculty, EPA non-faculty, EPA temporary employees, and EPA students.

Budget Management

The EPAWeb Budget Management component is a web application used to track budget information for EPA positions.

Position Management

The EPAWeb Position Management component will be a web application used to create, edit, and monitor EPA positions.

 

BenefitsWeb

BenefitsWeb is a web benefits administration system that provides a consistent set of automated business processes for the management of employee benefit choices and provides a foundation for employee benefits self-service functionality.

 

Online Training Registration (TrainDev)

The Online Training Registration system is a web application used by employees to enroll in training programs. All current permanent full-time or part-time SPA, EPA-Non Faculty, and EPA-Faculty employees with a valid Onyen and password are eligible.
