Our Focus
The ITS Communication Technologies Engineering and Operations (E&O) division is responsible for all aspects of the University’s voice, video and communications transport infrastructure. The group is responsible for the design, engineering, construction, operation and maintenance of the campus fiber optic network, digital microwave networks, telephony and voice messaging systems, cable television (CATV) and video networks, third-party networks, materials management, and logistics. The group also oversees the campus 3G/4G licensed wireless infrastructure for mobile voice and data. In addition, E&O provides the related customer service support functions for all faculty, staff, students, and vendors.
