To help contributors successfully maintain and manage their Web content, the Information Technology Services (ITS) CarolinaContent project team will provide classroom training sessions, online tutorials, and written documentation. The project team will provide guidance and mentoring throughout the Phase I migration and ongoing implementation processes.
Upcoming Training Opportunities
Following our formal training on March 10 and 11, we have discovered that a less formal, brown bag style session would be adequate training for many of our Help and ITS content contributors. With this in mind, we have scheduled six lunch-time opportunities for you to get the basics and get rolling managing your content.
