How to Enter Contribution Mode
CNTRL + SHIFT + F5 (then log in)
How to Edit Content
Log in and click the EDIT button above the section you want to update. Allow the editor to launch, make your changes, and click save. The page will automatically refresh with the changes.
Change Requests
If you have changes that need to be made to your Web content or Help documents, please submit a Remedy request to "ITS-ITS.UNC.EDU WEBSITE" or submit a trouble ticket through the online help request. One of the advantages of using the online help request form is that there's a special CarolinaContent option that queries you for specific information about your request and allows the team to better understand your needs. This method is also the best way to tell the team about a bug, broken link or other non-working feature or functionality.
